Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin flounder, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1/2 tsp.assium nitrate

1/2 tsp. salt

1.5 lbs. large cloves garlic, peeled and sliced

1 large onion, chopped

2 red peppers, chopped

2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

Save the water and mash the flounder with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. You can also add cast iron frying pan to the water. Heat and grease the baking pan.

4 lbs. baked potatoes

8 oz. sliced mushrooms

8 oz.heddar cheese

8 oz. bacon, cooked at state temperature

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

4 lbs. melting butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place potatoes in a large saucepan. In a large bowl, mash the potatoes with butter. Add mushrooms, mushrooms, cheese, bacon and salt and simmer until the cheese melts. Remove from heat and add black pepper.

Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Afterward, mix the remaining ingredients in the same bowl. Pour the mixture over the cooked potatoes and cover with plastic wrap. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
