OK, so the next tip is to drink 10 glasses of water every day.
I know that I said this already, but it is really important.
The reason why drinking water is so great is that drinking water will fill up your body with good nutrients and it will also flush out all of the bad toxins in your body, which are keeping you fat!
So drinking more water everyday is a great way to get rid of love handles. Make sure you drink 10 glasses a day!
And don’t worry…I don’t expect you to do this right away. Actually this is how to lose love handles fast for some people. If you can start doing it right away you will see a huge difference in a short period of time.

Lastly, another step to losing your love handles is to do some exercises.
However, I recommend these 2 exercises…
1. The Reverse Abdominal Crunch
This exercise will be very important in helping you get rid of those love handles.
What you do is lie on your back with your feet on the ground as if you are going to sit down.
Then bring your knees in towards your chest and imagine doing a crunch. BUT, do it in a way where your knees are going to go out past your chest.
PRASELY, hold the crunch and then return your legs to the ground.
Don’t try to do more than you can!
2. The Side bridged Row
This is another great exercise if you want to get rid of your love handles.
What you do is get on your exercise mat and support your upper body with your hands. Then slowly draw your right foot up to a angle of 45 degrees with your left foot.
Then contract your abdominals and effortlessly row your legs into your chest. And then back out.

Don’t even worry about the whole “dieting” thing if you want to get rid of your love handles.
