How many of you have spent hours Malocusinating Internet research on the latest and greatest Weight loss Magic Pill? And, I might add, there are thousands of them on the market. Some of you will even try the latest FAD diet that promises a significant weight loss in the shortest time possible. And, if all else fails and you end up with enthused lips and a snout, you may decide to take the boost you need by running till dawn and waking up with a big smile on your face, ahhh, yes indeed.
Problem is, you are probably getting it while you sleep and that face isn’t anymore round. Call it self-preservation, but the fact remains that most people do not successfully lose weight and keep it off because they suffer from a seriously congested digestive system which doesn’t have the ability to process all the “bad” foods out of their lives and, therefore, keeps them permanently fat.
So, not only do you have to give up snacking between meals and the wrong types of fruit and vegetables, but, as well, you have to load up on yogurt, fresh cheese, spinach, chicken and other lean, low-fat protein, whole grain bread and, yes, even yogurt for an extra boost. And, yes,, also, spinach.

He or she will tell you what your normal weight should be, will show you a chart of your Body Mass Index (BMI) and how various amounts of exercise will help you reach your goal. Be flexible if you are living a different life than the Ones you’re used to. Don’t refuse yourself the pleasures offered to you in restaurants and order half- sizes, that way you’ll avoid overfilling your stomach and copied the frequent orders of your dining companions.
